Would you like to do the session report for tomorrow to follow up on your first one three weeks ago? It would be useful for you to have a WordPress account so that you can post your report separately and directly on the blog, the way Tom and Bret do. Apologise on this last min change . I will not be able to play tonight at Bukit Timah because i have got to replace another colleague of mine who is on MC today for a Golf match with some customers who are in town. The tee off is at 1700pm and i doubt i can make it.

Swee Hoe will have to work late and is out of tonight’s session. Chris, PK and one of their mates are in, so that’s 12 for tonight’s session at Bukit Timah campus – Sushil, Tom, Ian, Raj, Shankar, Look Liew, Yu Teik, Mark L, Kin, Chris, PK, and Chris’s mate.
If they still need me to do line ups, it works out as:

Unless they reply to my e-mail requesting their other details, Chris and PK won’t be receiving the e-mail updates anymore. As stated earlier, from next week onwards, I’m only sending the e-mail updates to those on the Contact List. You have their e-mail addresses, so if you want to try to persuade them to give you at least their contact numbers, you’re free to do so. Perhaps you frightened them off with your joke about the password, and Raj’s response to it.
If Heath wants to continue receiving the e-mail updates, I need at least his age, contact number, introducer and year of first participation for the Contact List. I’ve sent him a several e-mails, copied to you, to which he hasn’t replied. I assume you were his introducer.
Having one person keep the individual scores of his team-mates gives you the above results (Mark’s comment at No. 42). It’s too much like work. You should try it once yourself to see if it is in fact practicable. You shouldn’t assume anyone else has a better memory than you, and, as we know, …. sieve.
The better alternative might be for each person to keep his own score, and submit it as a comment to the session report. You might get everyone to do it voluntarily if it only a matter of keeping count of his own individual goals scored. Even you have little or no difficulty remembering the number of goals you yourself score in a session.
Any disagreement arising from the total not tallying with the final score can be discussed, and then a decision made by either the person in charge of the session, or the report writer.
You might want to consider giving the alternative method a try next Monday.
