Fantasy Football

Posted by AndyM on Fri 10 July 2009

Is anyone interested in taking part in a FIOFAFI Fantasy League for the 2009/10 season? It is easy to set up using the official Premier League website, I am happy to set it up/register and then people can join the league, pick their team etc.

If enough interest I will set it up next week.

Tom suggested something similar last year. It might be useful to discuss it with him. If you can agree on a platform, you could get more people.

all have created a league on http://fantasy.premierleague.com the league code is 72199-21662 if you prefer to be invited via email send me your email at andy.mason@sssworldwide.com and i’ll send you an invite with links etc.

you need to select a team, but for quickness of registration you can auto select one, then you have a month to change the selection before the league starts.

Once underway you can make transfers etc. each week, rules are on the website. We could have a prize winner if people want by each putting in $5 and the winner takes 75% and 2nd place 25%. I’m happy to just play for fun

will try to send out a link to the league to everyone to make joining simple, you cn actually join multiple leagues so once you’re signed up you can join the singapore league or the supporters club of your choice etc.

How are you going to manage – are there many Tranmere players in the list?

I’ve added a link to this post from both the “Fun” page and the “OPSAGE” page.

There are now 7 teams in the league.

    Here you go
The league had started. Last season i have 50 participants and this is how it works. Weekly there will be a team that wins the immunity for the highest points and one or two teams getting booted out for the lowest points . ANd this goes on until we achive at least last 10 teams where there would be no more immunity and everyone starts fresh .

    Join the league .
