By playing one more session than me this week, Bobby equals my record of 43 games since 1 September 2008. As I’m out of action for another week, he’ll go ahead of me in terms of number of games played since 1 September 2008 by next week.

I don’t play golf (not yet anyway), but my favourite sports-related movie is The Legend of Bagger Vance (no, not Escape To Victory), which, on the face of it, is about golf.
